1. The source of data referring to Telecommunications is the Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (1996-2004) and the Office of the Commissioner of Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation (2005-2024).
2. The source of data concerning Subscriptions and Type of Internet Connection is the annual survey of the Statistical Service on Internet Access (1996-2008) and the Office of the Commissioner of Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation (2009-2024).
3. The source of data concerning households is the Labour Force Survey (2000-2004) and the Survey on ICT Usage in Households and by Individuals (2005-2024).
4. The term 'regular use' refers to the use of at least once a week.
